When you book a venue through TurfBook, you enter into a direct contract with the venue owner. TurfBook acts as an intermediary to facilitate the booking.

• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
• Cancellation policies are set by individual venue owners and will be displayed during the booking process.

We want to ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone. Users agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or venue staff.
• Provide false information or misrepresent themselves.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the platform.

TurfBook shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred at a venue booked through our platform. Users use the facilities at their own risk.

We do not guarantee the continuous availability of the platform or that it will be error-free.
